Nicole Scheller of the Newgrange School Named Transition Educator of the Year by NJ APSE

PRINCETON, NJ, April 2019  – Nicole E. Scheller, language arts teacher and transition coordinator for The Newgrange School of Hamilton, NJ, a state-approved private resource for individuals with such learning challenges as autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and dyslexia, has been named “Transition Educator of the Year” by the New Jersey Association of People Supporting Employment First (NJ APSE). After 5 Wonderful Years, Ann Robinowitz steps down as Board Chair

PRINCETON, NJ, Feb 2019  – After five years as chairman of the board of trustees of the Newgrange School, Inc., Ann Robinowitz passed the gavel to incoming chairman Deepak Mehta during the board’s meeting on Jan. 15. Mehta, a local businessman, and father of a Laurel School 7th grader has served on the board since 2015. (read more)

IDA International Establishes Neuroscience and Education Symposium for Gordon F. Sherman

PRINCETON, NJ, Nov. 1, 2018 –  The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) has established the annual Gordon F. Sherman Neuroscience and Education Symposium in honor of Gordon F. Scholarship Named in Honor of Founder of The Laurel School of Princeton
